Małgorzata Mellem graduated from administration at WSP in Bydgoszcz and completed a post-graduate course in real estate management, trading and evaluation. She has vast sales experience acquired at executive positions she has held for the last 17 years. Since 2002, the Head of Sales Department at Budlex Sp. z o.o. In 2012, she was appointed the Vice-President of the Company.

Over thirty years of professional experience in the construction sector. She has unlimited practicing certificate in structural and construction engineering; she is a licensed real estate broker. In 1996-2006, she worked at P.I. Bud-Tech sp. z o.o. as the Head of Investment, extending the scope of the company’s business to include developer activity. Earlier on, she worked for Investprojekt design studio. She has five years’ work experience in local government administration at the position of the Head of Construction Department. Since 2006, working for Budlex at the position of Technical Director and Management Board Member in the Group’s special purpose vehicles. In January 2018 she was appointed to the Company’s Management Board.
