CONSTRUCTION NEWS - MARCH 2025

The final works related to the installation of external balustrades, i.e. glazing, are currently underway. Finishing works on the common parts of the building are being completed, i.e. wall coverings such as mirrors, furniture boards and internal balustrades are being installed, and internal lighting is being installed. Work is being carried out on the patio related to planting and fencing tenants' gardens. In the next month, it is planned to complete all the work and obtain the building's occupancy permit.

Finishing works are underway on buildings A and B, and the development of the area is being carried out. The installation of stoneware on the staircases and corridors has been completed, the installation of door leaves and equipment in the premises is underway. The installation of stoneware on the balconies is underway. The installation of decorative cladding on the corridors and lighting is planned to begin in the near future.

Work on the northern façade of building B has been completed, and work is currently underway on the eastern façade of the same building. Plastering inside the facility has been completed. During the works, floors are being laid on the last two floors of the large staircase and tiles are being laid in the staircases.

The facade works on the smaller staircase of building B have been completed, while the facade works on the larger staircase of building B and building A are in progress. Plastering work is underway in buildings B (smaller staircase) and A. Laying of layers for the green roof on building B will begin on Monday. Plastering and flooring works on the larger staircase of building B are continuing. The installation of the fence on the north side has been completed.

The tile facade of the first wall on the Winnica side of building B has been completed. Currently, work is underway on the facade of building A, including the wet facade. The floors in the small staircase of building B are already done, and the plastering in building A is being finished. Work is also being carried out on the roof of building B (small staircase), where the first layer of roofing felt has already been made. Styrofoam has been placed on the roof of building A and screeding is planned this week. The laying of Styrofoam begins on the roof of building B (large staircase). The installation of window joinery is nearing completion, and in the large staircase of building B, partition walls have been made on the ground, first and second floors, and currently masonry work is underway on the third floor.

Concreting of the last ceiling has been completed. The facade works of building B are in progress, including roof tile walls and a wet facade. In building B, in a small staircase, plastering of the apartments has already been completed, while in building A, plastering works are in progress in the apartments. Work on the construction of the palisade enclosure wall also begins. Finishing of roof layers on the mezzanine terraces of building B will start on Monday.

In building A, the installation of window joinery has started, and the last ceiling is being constructed.

The construction of part of building A up to the second floor level has been completed. In building B, next to the small staircase, the shell is nearing completion. There are only a few works left connected with concreting the firewalls. At the same time, in the basement under building B, next to the large staircase, work began on the beams and reinforcement of the ceilings. The walls of the ground floor of building B next to the large staircase were concreted. Work continues on concreting the last reinforced concrete walls of the basements. In building B, installation works and construction of partition walls are underway.

Construction works are being completed at the construction site and the ceiling screeds over building B and the small staircase on the 2nd floor are being completed.
In building A, the walls of the 2nd floor are made of brick. Stage 2 of the basement is being constructed, the staircase of building B has been flooded.
Currently, the last three foundation slabs are being reinforced.

We are starting the construction of the 2nd floor of the Vinea estate. We are laying the ceiling above the ground floor of the building. We also carry out reinforcement works on the foundation slab.

The formwork of ceilings and columns above the garages is in progress. 50% of the reinforced concrete walls were concreted. The reinforcement works have been completed and concreting of the ceiling over the garages has begun. The installation of supports and protection for the palisade will begin within a few days.

Groundworks have begun on the Vinea development.

Preparatory work for the trench shoring is underway. Earthworks will begin shortly.
