UDT acceptance of elevators is in progress. The apartments are already finished. Doors to the apartments have been installed. The final façade works on Królowej Jadwigi Street are in progress, and sidewalks along Królowej Jadwigi and Naruszewicza Streets are being reconstructed. Installation shafts are being constructed inside the building.

In building A, facade works are being carried out, combed plaster and clinker tiles are being laid. Roofing and installation works are in progress. Plasters and floor screeds are made in the apartments. Stoneware tiles are laid in common areas. In building B, the installation of window joinery has been completed, and facade and roofing works are in progress. Sanitary and electrical installations are carried out. Floor screeds are laid in the apartments.

Façade work is underway - clinker tile cladding and lambda plaster are being laid. Internal sanitary, ventilation and electrical installations are being completed in the flats. Plastering work will soon be completed. Floor screeds in the flats have begun. The last elements of PVC window joinery remain to be installed. Roofing work on both buildings has been completed.

Trwa montaż stolarki PCV, rozpoczęto prace elewacyjne. W mieszkaniach wykonywane są instalacje elektryczne i C.O. oraz kładzione są tynki.
Building B
The erection of the building structure will soon be completed.
Electrical installations are being made in the flats and the installation of PVC joinery is underway.
