NEWS FROM THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE ESTATE - AUGUST 2025

Most of the building's exterior walls have already been insulated - work has been completed on four of the six facades. Installation of clinker tiles as a facade finish is underway on the remaining two. All windows in all units have been installed.

Inside the building, floors have been poured up to and including the level of the second floor. At the same time, work is underway on the installation of soundproofing mats in the stairwells to improve the acoustic insulation of the apartments from the sounds of the common areas.

Installation of balcony railings has begun. At the same time, installation of the central heating system on the third floor of the building is underway.

As part of the progress of construction works on the investment, subsequent stages are being carried out in accordance with the schedule. Currently, masonry works are underway on the partition walls on the ground floor and the first floor of the building.

In parallel, the distribution of electrical installations is being carried out on the first floor level.

On the third floor, works related to the construction of the last structural walls are coming to an end. Laying of filigree slabs for the ceiling above the third floor has also begun.

As part of the construction process, the next stages from the schedule are about to begin. Masonry work is underway on the partition walls on the first floor of the building.

Electrical installations are being distributed on the first floor at the same time.

On the stairs, work on erecting the last structural walls is coming to an end. Laying of filigree slabs under the ceiling above the first floor has begun.

The construction of the building is underway – the ceiling above the first floor has been completed and the next load-bearing walls of the 2nd floor are being erected. The bricklaying of partition walls has begun and materials for the next stages of work have been delivered. In the coming weeks, the reinforced concrete works and the installation of internal installations are planned to continue.

The ceiling above the garage has been laid and almost completely concreted. The first structural walls are rising from the side of Wiosny Ludów Street.

Work is being completed on the external and contour walls of the garage hall. The last columns, pillars, for the ceiling over the garage are being reinforced. Formwork and reinforcement for the ceiling over the garage are being erected. Pouring of concrete for the floor over the garage hall will begin soon.

Reinforcement works are being completed and garage floors are being poured. The installation of wall insulation and formwork for the reinforced concrete walls of the garage hall is being carried out.

The cornerstone has been laid for our latest investment: Kapitanat. This is an extraordinary moment full of emotions that heralds a new stage for the entire project! Currently, work on pouring the floors of the garage hall and reinforcement works are continuing.

Securing the excavation has been completed and piling for the foundation of the building is currently underway.

Earthworks have started. Excavation for the garage hall is in progress.

Ground strengthening has been completed. Concrete setting is in progress, excavation for the garage hall will begin in approximately 2 weeks.

Work is underway to prepare the platform for the piling machines. Work on securing the excavation for the underground garage will begin soon.

Cleaning and archaeological works are underway. Earthworks are slowly starting.
