In the L10 building, the construction of partition walls in the premises has been completed.

The final works related to the installation of external balustrades, i.e. glazing, are currently underway.

Work is underway on the construction of the ceiling over stair A in the Z4 building.

The ceiling above the garage has been laid and almost completely concreted.

In the Marynin estate, coniferous trees have been planted, and along Marynin Street, deciduous trees.

Work is currently being completed on the ceiling over the garage in building Z4.

Work on the estate is progressing according to the established schedule.

UDT acceptance of elevators is in progress. The apartments are already finished.

Insulation layers have been completed, soffits and canopies have been covered. The flashings have been completed and the external parapets have been fixed.
