The investment is at an advanced stage – construction and masonry work is underway in buildings B and C, joinery is being installed, the foundations in building A are being concreted, and the excavation has been secured.

The construction of the 6th floor ceiling is underway in building Z4. Internal plastering and preparations for facade work have begun in building Z5.

Piling and excavation work for the garage hall is underway on building A, while facade and interior finishing work is being carried out on building B.

The investment has been completed, the facility has been approved for use, and the handover of apartments is proceeding according to schedule.

In building L10, roofing, plastering, and facade work has been completed, and landscaping and preparations for flooring have begun. In building L9, the shell has been completed, partition walls are being finished, and installations and carpentry work are underway.

UDT acceptance of elevators is in progress. The apartments are already finished.

All construction and formal work related to the investment has been completed.

Work on the estate is progressing according to the established schedule.

Work is currently being completed on the ceiling over the garage in building Z4.

Insulation layers have been completed, soffits and canopies have been covered. The flashings have been completed and the external parapets have been fixed.
